A child development and outreach center for low-income working families, currently
enrolling 125 children through age 16. The mission uses the Highscope curriculum that
focuses on goal setting, reflection, and using active exploration and stories to encourage
social, emotional, and developmental skills. BH is accredited by the National Association
for Education of Young Children.
